Through his experience in the NFL, Randy has lived the ups and downs of faith, football, and family. That experience comes out as he shares how we can achieve true success in everything we do and effectively impart that to our children. Sports are, in many ways, a lot like our relationship with God: There are obstacles at every step, and sometimes we fail. Having a positive mindset, living out good values, and affirming one another through community are critical for success in all that we do.
At 5’9” and 180lbs, Randy Rich defied expectations by playing defensive back for the Cleveland Browns and Denver Broncos. In 1977, he helped take the Broncos through the championship run and into Super Bowl XII. He currently serves as Vice President of Ministry Relationships for the K-LOVE/Air1 Foundation, a division of the Educational Media Foundation media networks, and runs Air1’s “Dare to Dream” program, inspiring students to know that they were specifically created for a unique purpose and that they have the ability and opportunity to achieve that purpose by making the right choices.
