Art Hooker created and produced “Unashamed World“, a global film starring Christian hip-hop artist Lecrae Moore that spans 7 countries and over 15 cities. The film was developed over a four year period. Having the 4 time Grammy Award Winning Blues Legend John Lee Hooker as a great uncle has given Art a unique perspective of how the arts can affect culture globally and locally. He is a former Learning Design Vice President of Citigroup with a passion for global filmmaking and creative strategy.

Dave is passionate about encouraging Christian-led entrepreneurship that has a positive impact on society. To this end, he co-founded and leads Praxis, which works at the intersection of theology, culture, and entrepreneurship. Each year, Praxis runs its flagship accelerator programs, equipping leaders from 24 early-stage businesses and nonprofits, as well as Praxis Academy, an undergraduate initiative that works with over 50 schools. Previously, Dave worked at design and innovation firm IDEO and founded two companies in music and technology. He has a BA from Babson, an MBA & MEM from Northwestern, and lives in Manhattan, where he is part of the Trinity Grace Church community.

Justin Wren is a Christian motivational speaker, missionary, social activist, and mixed martial artist. Since 2010 Justin has shared his testimony of love and redemption in prisons, schools, churches, drug rehabilitation centers, universities, and youth groups worldwide. In 2009 Justin was a quarter-finalist on Spike TV’s The Ultimate Fighter during its tenth season. He debuted in the UFC that year and his professional record stands at 13-2. Justin launched Fight for the Forgotten, in conjunction with Shalom University, to raise funds for a program to liberate 1,000 persecuted Mbuti Pygmy slaves and relocate them to self-sustainable land of their own in the eastern Congo region.

Joel Newton is a Co-Founder of The Virtual Reality Company, producing content for the emerging platform of virtual reality. Along with VRC co-founders Robert Stromberg and Chris Edwards, and a collective of other major Hollywood artists, Joel was part of the team creating the Hydra Process, a 10-phase reinvention of how movies are developed and produced. Before launching Hydra, Newton was an artist manager for seven years representing writers and directors. During that time, he was also a producer on two award-winning films. He attended the University of Southern California’s film school and is married with three kids.

Jeff has served the Vitae Foundation in various roles since 2014. In his current role as Research Director, Jeff helped lead Vitae’s most recent research project on women’s health (August, 2015), which is currently informing the development of Vitae media and messaging and being disseminated widely across the country. Jeff has spent most of his career in education and has taught and coached students from 5th grade through post-graduate. Jeff earned his B.A. in History from Truman State University in 1998, M.A. in Educational Administration from Lindenwood University in 2005, and Ph.D. in Education in 2014 from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.  

Alan Briggs: Alan Briggs is the Director of Frontline Church Planting, a network and equipping hub in Colorado. He is also the Multiplying Pastor at Vanguard Church in Colorado Springs where he makes disciples and trains leaders to multiply. Their family focuses on building bridges to the lost, largely in the context of their neighborhood. He and his wife, Julie, have four kids, two adopted and two biological, and live in Colorado Springs. He loves the church and is passionate about equipping leaders and churches to multiply through relational, experiential and formal learning.

His latest endeavor is The Purpose Hotel, a planned global for-profit hotel chain designed to fuel the work of not-for-profit organizations.
